- Represent the tribe in reviews and identify improvements
- Mentor Senior and Staff engineers to set high engineering standards
- Drive future-oriented technical decisions through RFCs
- Align teams on scalable solutions and improvements
- Conduct regular reviews on reliability, scalability, and security
- Champion Agentic coding practices across engineering teams
- Identify adoption opportunities for Agentic coding
- Establish guidelines to improve developer productivity and system resilience
