- Own end-to-end code quality
- Manage deployment processes
- Monitor production environments
- Advocate for continuous improvement
- Drive decisions through data and metrics
- Align engineering outcomes with business goals
- Pioneer technical strategies
- Position PPRO as a leader in payments innovation
- Ensure sustainable, high-velocity delivery
