Requirements

  • Professional experience within an AIFM, Asset Manager, Advisory Firm
  • University degree in business, economics, or investment-related field
  • High level of initiative, independence, and organisational skills
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Qualifications such as CFA, CAIA, ACCA are considered a plus
  • Fluency in English and German; additional European language highly desirable

Tasks

  • Analyze and optimize asset strategies
  • Monitor sales activities
  • Prepare structured divestment proposals
  • Lead business case updates in collaboration with cross-functional teams
  • Manage the Capital Call Process for the Board
  • Act as the primary contact for developers within ACI
  • Ensure clear communication and strategic alignment across stakeholders
  • Collaborate with Structuring, Investment Management, and Risk departments

  • 2 - 4 years

  • Bachelor's degree
