Requirements

  • University degree in business administration, economics, finance, industrial engineering, or comparable field
  • Solid understanding of corporate finance, investment structures, and project economics
  • Very good command of German and English, both written and spoken
  • Three to five years of relevant professional experience in asset management, fund management, project finance, consulting, banking or comparable environment
  • Proven experience in project management
  • Highly structured, self-reliant, and solution-oriented working style
  • High level of commitment, resilience and willingness to take responsibility
  • Strong analytical skills combined with a pragmatic, implementation-oriented mindset
  • Confident communication skills and ability to interact effectively with stakeholders
  • Fluency in German and English

Tasks

  • Structure and implement acquisition strategies for real asset investments
  • Manage and coordinate complex structuring and restructuring projects
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams on project management
  • Prepare and implement restructuring measures based on regulatory changes
  • Support the development of fund structures for institutional investors
  • Manage structuring-related processes, including timeline control
  • Prepare decision documents and presentations for internal committees
