Description

In this role, you will focus on structuring acquisition strategies for real asset investments, managing complex projects, and collaborating with various teams. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve preparing key documents and supporting fund development to meet investor needs.

Requirements

• •University degree in business administration, economics, finance, industrial engineering, or comparable field
• •Solid understanding of corporate finance, investment structures, and project economics
• •Very good command of German and English, both written and spoken
• •Three to five years of relevant professional experience in asset management, fund management, project finance, consulting, banking or comparable environment
• •Proven experience in project management
• •Highly structured, self-reliant, and solution-oriented working style
• •High level of commitment, resilience and willingness to take responsibility
• •Strong analytical skills combined with a pragmatic, implementation-oriented mindset
• •Confident communication skills and ability to interact effectively with stakeholders
• •Fluency in German and English
