Requirements

  • Professional experience within an AIFM, Asset Manager, Advisory Firm
  • University degree in business, economics, or investment-related field
  • High level of initiative, independence, and excellent organisational skills
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Qualifications such as CFA, CAIA, ACCA considered a plus
  • Fluency in English and German, additional European language highly desirable

Tasks

  • Lead the development and management of clean energy investment funds
  • Construct and optimize portfolios using quantitative and qualitative analysis
  • Oversee fund-level finance operations, including liquidity and capital planning
  • Serve as the primary interface for investors on portfolio matters
  • Support investor committees and collaborate with Sales on pitches and meetings
  • Assess, structure, and execute new investments and portfolio rebalancing
  • Engage in divestments and strategic initiatives, including SPA negotiation
  • Evaluate key performance drivers to enhance the portfolio’s risk-return profile
  • Manage fund administration processes such as audits and data governance
  • Secure portfolio funding in partnership with Group Treasury and Sales
  • Drive automation and digitalization of fund management processes
  • Develop analytical tools to improve decision-making efficiency
  • Create best-practice materials and provide training across asset classes
  • Monitor industry trends and regulatory developments in renewable energy
  • Represent the fund on board mandates for governance and oversight

  • Bachelor's degree
