Tasks

• •Develop and plan new workstations and production lines.
• •Integrate EHS principles and ergonomic standards.
• •Define production cycle times and relevant process data.
• •Conduct manufacturing trials and execute type testing.
• •Identify and document process improvements for efficiency.
• •Review and optimize technical documents and specifications.
• •Calculate manufacturing costs and maintain documentation.
• •Recommend design changes and assess cost savings.
• •Assess manufacturing capacity based on production plans.
• •Evaluate in-house vs. outsourced production costs.
• •Determine technical and personnel capacity needs.
• •Monitor release dates and deployment schedules.
• •Plan required multifunctional equipment for production.
• •Initiate manufacturing and procurement of equipment.
