  • Interest in neuroscience and neurodegenerative diseases
  • Experience with live animals (mice) and surgical procedures
  • Experience with in vivo two-photon imaging microscopes
  • Experience with in vivo miniscope imaging, fiber photometry, or opto- and chemogenetics
  • Master’s degree in biology, neuroscience, or related field
  • English fluency

Tasks

  • Participate in experimental work and design
  • Generate and analyze data
  • Interpret experimental results
  • Prepare and write manuscripts for publication
  • Present results at local, national, and international conferences
  • Conduct immunohistochemistry and immunofluorescence
  • Perform molecular biology techniques
  • Execute in vivo research methods (imaging, behavior, etc.)
