Requirements
- Master's degree in electrical, electronic, optoelectronic engineering, or related areas
- Hands-on experience and understanding of photonic devices and optical fiber systems characterization setups and methods
- Knowledge of optical or wireless communication systems (modulation, equalization, synchronization, forward error correction)
- Good programming skills in Python, C/C++, or Matlab; experience in fiber optic systems simulation tools (VPI, OptSim, Optiwave) is a plus
- Eligibility to work in the European Union
- Fluency in English

- Develop new signal processing concepts and architectures
- Collaborate with domain experts and researchers in an international Huawei team
- Engage with external academic partners
