- 3-5 years hands-on paid acquisition experience (D2C, subscription, app, content, e-commerce)
- Proven Meta Scale: Managed Meta budgets at meaningful scale
- Multi-channel exposure: Scaled revenue on TikTok Ads Manager or YouTube/Google Ads
- Systematic creative testing framework
- Tech & Ops literacy: Setting up pixels, Conversion APIs, attribution windows, landing page integrations
- Relentless troubleshooter: Systematically isolate and fix campaign/tracking/funnel issues
- Commercial mindset: Accountable to CAC, LTV, and bottom-line impact
- Fluent English
- Long-term growth thinking: Optimize for long-term LTV and payback periods
- 0-to-1 channel launch: Proven track record launching new ad channels
- Founder-level agility: Thrive in fast-paced, high-ownership environment
Tasks
- Manage ad spend across Meta, TikTok, and YouTube
- Handle budget planning and channel allocation
- Design campaign architecture and bidding strategies
- Develop audience strategy and scaling decisions
- Direct ad creative strategy and feedback loop
- Write strong creative briefs
- Evaluate creative variants and manage external producers
- Run systematic creative testing
- Translate performance data into creative improvements
- Set up pixel and conversion API
- Configure attribution windows and tracking
- Maintain audience and exclusion lists
- Establish naming conventions and reporting infrastructure
- Build account structure for TikTok and YouTube
- Define test frameworks and success criteria
- Launch and mature new ad channels
- Deliver weekly and monthly reports to leadership
- Provide clear insights on campaign performance
- Identify areas for improvement and new strategies
