Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in L&D, enablement, or People role
- Passion for learning and development
- Hands-on experience in training/workshop design and facilitation
- Strong interest in AI
- Experience building AI enablement programs
- Good technical understanding of L&D and AI landscape
- Familiarity with learning platforms, tools, and emerging technologies
- Ability to translate possibilities into meaningful learning experiences
- Analytical mindset
