- Ability to convince C-level executives and technical leads of ecosystem value
- Proven track record of leading, mentoring and scaling high-performing partnership or commercial teams
- Full professional fluency in English
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Existing network of key players and decision-makers in global geospatial industry
- Experience working within a product-led organization
- Background in managing API-based technology integrations

- Ensure mutual revenue growth and platform engagement
- Lead the UP42 Partnerships team
- Improve commercial terms with partners
- Ensure competitiveness and profitability
- Proactively identify new geospatial partners
- Engage with partners aligning with product roadmap
