Requirements

  • Professional experience in partnership management, strategic business development, or similar role in geospatial, space-tech, or high-growth SaaS sectors
  • Strong technical foundation or deep curiosity in remote sensing and Earth observation
  • Ability to speak confidently about specific partner product capabilities
  • Track record of navigating commercial negotiations
  • Successfully managing high-value, complex partnership relationships and agreements
  • Exceptional ability to act as strategic bridge between product, engineering, sales and marketing disciplines
  • Entrepreneurial "founder" mentality
  • Ability to take full ownership of partner portfolio
  • Ability to work independently under tight deadlines
  • Impactful communication skills
  • High emotional intelligence
  • Ability to convince C-level executives and technical leads of ecosystem value
  • Proven track record of leading, mentoring and scaling high-performing partnership or commercial teams
  • Full professional fluency in English
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Existing network of key players and decision-makers in global geospatial industry
  • Experience working within a product-led organization
  • Background in managing API-based technology integrations

  • Define and execute partnership strategy
  • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Business Development
  • Design long-term growth strategies with key partners
  • Ensure mutual revenue growth and platform engagement
  • Lead the UP42 Partnerships team
  • Improve commercial terms with partners
  • Ensure competitiveness and profitability
  • Proactively identify new geospatial partners
  • Engage with partners aligning with product roadmap
