Requirements
- •3+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, or sales in B2B SaaS
- •Proven track record of building strong relationships with external stakeholders
- •Strategic thinking about leveraging partnerships to drive growth
- •Self-starter with ownership of projects and execution
- •Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- •Good understanding of software landscape and learning new technologies
- •C2 or native in the German language
- •C2 or native in the English language

Tasks
- •Identify and recruit high-potential partners
- •Manage relationships with boutique consultancies, system integrators, and technology partners
- •Generate new business opportunities through referral, co-sell, and resell motions
- •Achieve revenue targets associated with the partner channel
- •Conduct product and sales enablement sessions for partners
- •Provide marketing materials to partners
- •Keep partners updated on the product roadmap
- •Manage deal registration and commission payouts
- •Oversee partner tier management
- •Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams
- •Act as the voice of the partner within the company
- •Refine partnership strategy, including tier structures and benefits
