- •Experience in partnerships, alliances, or business development in B2B software or technology-driven environment
- •Strong, confident communication skills
- •Understanding of partner ecosystems and stakeholder navigation
- •Commercial mindset and motivation by outcomes
- •Structured and independent work style with multitasking ability
- •Openness to occasional travel and enjoyment of in-person collaboration
- •Fluent English and German skills (written and spoken)

Tasks
- •Build and manage partnerships with technology, platform, and implementation partners
- •Develop and maintain strategic relationships with software and platform partners
- •Coordinate joint go-to-market and co-selling activities
- •Enable partners to position, sell, and deploy VoiceLine through onboarding and collaboration
- •Drive measurable business results through partnerships
- •Act as the central interface between partners and internal teams like Sales, Product, and Customer Success
- •Represent VoiceLine at partner meetings, events, and industry formats
- •Strengthen relationships through regular touchpoints
