Requirements
- Completed commercial or technical education or equivalent qualification
- Initial experience in Service Desk or customer support
- Good knowledge of MS Office applications
- Strong communication skills and customer orientation
- Independent and structured working style
- Team player with resilience
- Very good command of English
Tasks
- Manage the relationship with the BPO partner
- Prepare the service provider with necessary technical knowledge
- Ensure relevant trainings and C2Cs are assigned and updated
- Communicate changes to key products and processes to the BPO
- Develop and update governance and training materials
- Maintain and update the knowledge base for partners
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of Service Desk processes
- Proactively communicate with partners about their requests
- Support the Partner Management Team with administrative tasks
Education
- Vocational certification
