- •Communicate changes to key products and processes to the BPO
- •Develop and update governance and training materials
- •Maintain and update the knowledge base for partners
- •Contribute to the continuous improvement of Service Desk processes
- •Proactively communicate with partners about their requests
- •Support the Partner Management Team with administrative tasks
