Requirements
- •7-12 years of relevant work experience in strategy or technology consulting
- •Strong commercial acumen and track record of driving commercial outcomes
- •Deep understanding of the AI landscape and ability to communicate technical value propositions
- •Excellent communication and storytelling skills
- •Proven track record of guiding senior consulting partners and C-level client executives
- •Entrepreneurial attitude and ability to build strong relationships
- •Comfortable in fast-paced, high-growth environments with strong self-motivation
- •Willingness to travel (10-20%)

Tasks
- •Define and execute a holistic Go-To-Market plan for AI-first consulting firms globally
- •Attract and develop senior relationships with industry leaders and regional heads
- •Refine and evolve Celonis’ AI positioning with Partner Acceleration and Partner Marketing teams
- •Identify high-potential AI-first consulting firms aligned with Celonis’ growth goals
- •Qualify and prioritize potential partners based on capability fit and market synergies
- •Pitch the joint value proposition to secure buy-in with a business outcome focus
- •Source joint engagements and align expectations with consulting partners
- •Collaborate with Partner Acceleration teams to integrate Celonis into partner offerings
- •Develop and convert pipeline by activating partners in priority accounts
- •Manage stakeholders across Celonis functions, partners, and customers
- •Drive joint thought leadership through whitepapers and industry insights
- •Manage regional governance with consulting firms through steering committees and reviews
