Requirements
- •2-3 years of professional experience in Finance/Treasury or customer-facing roles, preferably in B2B SaaS or ideally in FinTech
- •Treasury/Corporate Finance knowledge through education or work experience
- •Native German and fluent English
- •Proactive nature and continuous drive for improvement
- •Ability to excel in a dynamic growth environment and adapt to challenges
- •Excellent listening skills, customer-centric mentality, and empathy towards users
- •Ability to work with diverse teams (Sales, CS, Tech, Product, etc.)

Tasks
- •Lead the onboarding journey for new partners
- •Train partners on software and implementation best practices
- •Define and implement scalable onboarding processes for partners
- •Manage and nurture a portfolio of partners
- •Develop relationships with key users and decision-makers in partner organizations
- •Create partner enablement materials, including documentation and training modules
- •Support partners in becoming autonomous, high-performing integrators
- •Collaborate with Partner Managers and cross-functional teams for partner success
- •Monitor key onboarding KPIs, such as time to onboard and certification rates
- •Analyze partner performance and provide feedback for process optimization
- •Implement strategies to enhance partner retention and minimize churn
- •Collect and relay partner feedback to technical and product teams
- •Identify upsell opportunities and drive referrals from successful partners
- •Align partner enablement programs with Customer Success initiatives
- •Maintain high partner satisfaction indicators
