Tasks

  • Identify and recruit high-potential Nordic partners
  • Build a pipeline aligned with partner profiles
  • Lead the end-to-end partner onboarding journey
  • Manage initial contracting and commercial setup
  • Ensure partners have necessary licenses and tools
  • Coordinate essential training and success materials
  • Mentor partners during their early lifecycle
  • Drive a structured 12-month acceleration model
  • Co-sell to achieve first revenue milestones
  • Manage the handover of mature partners
  • Collaborate with Sales and Revenue Operations
  • Maintain accurate CRM data and growth insights
