- •History of closing deals or contributing to revenue growth

- •Comfort operating in ambiguity
- •Drive to build structures and commercial processes
- •Focus on execution and momentum
- •Preference for measurable results and action
- •Proactive and organized nature
- •Confidence to work cross-functionally
- •Fluency in English and one Nordic language

Tasks
- •Identify and recruit high-potential Nordic partners
- •Build a pipeline aligned with partner profiles
- •Lead the end-to-end partner onboarding journey
- •Manage initial contracting and commercial setup
- •Ensure partners have necessary licenses and tools
- •Coordinate essential training and success materials
- •Mentor partners during their early lifecycle
- •Drive a structured 12-month acceleration model
- •Co-sell to achieve first revenue milestones
- •Manage the handover of mature partners
- •Collaborate with Sales and Revenue Operations
- •Maintain accurate CRM data and growth insights
