Tasks
- Own and improve end-to-end P2P process
- Manage process controls, documentation, and KPIs
- Lead P2P-related projects
- Enhance and roll out SAP systems
- Implement workflow and automation initiatives
- Introduce e-invoicing and reporting improvements
- Manage project scope, timelines, risks, and dependencies
- Communicate with stakeholders
- Gather and structure business requirements
- Facilitate workshops
- Align business functions, shared services, and IT teams
- Analyze operational challenges
- Address blocked invoices, GR/IR aging, and master data issues
- Identify workflow gaps
- Translate findings into solution proposals
- Propose process improvements and SAP enhancements
- Identify automation opportunities and training measures
- Support solution design and testing
- Plan and execute cutover activities
- Manage hypercare phases and user adoption
- Drive transparency through governance
- Report project status and track benefits
