- •Lead and develop a planning team of seven employees
- •Manage production planning for the German factory
- •Coordinate material and capacity planning
- •Oversee purchasing of packaging components
- •Resolve urgent production or supply disruptions
- •Monitor and report on key supply chain KPIs
- •Conduct root-cause analyses for performance improvements
- •Drive initiatives to reduce out-of-stock and write-offs
- •Align with production to resolve capacity constraints
- •Negotiate material timings and quantities with suppliers
- •Manage phase-in and phase-out project timelines
- •Optimize finished-goods planning using demand forecasts
- •Prepare analyses for monthly performance meetings
- •Automate and redesign planning workflows
- •Audit master data and manage planning parameters
- •Support launch readiness for new product projects
