- Build platforms for high-level employee performance
- Drive the evolution of people practices

- Serve as the primary P&C partner for DACH and Nordics
- Contribute to EMEA and global P&C teams
- Lead all aspects of the retail people business model
- Conduct employee relations, investigations, and mediations
- Develop people strategies to exceed business goals
- Nurture relationships to build trust and influence
- Coach managers on talent identification and succession planning
- Advise on recognition, rewards, and performance management
- Guide organizational design and workforce planning
- Support learning, development, and terminations
- Identify business gaps and partner on solutions
- Analyze people data to recommend improvements
- Champion and communicate personal-development tools
- Manage the Performance Review and Talent Review processes
- Facilitate the Employee Engagement Survey for store teams
- Lead cross-functional projects to solve organizational pain points
