Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in Growth, RevOps, or Outbound
- Proven ownership of outbound campaigns end-to-end
- Strong understanding of ICP, targeting, and messaging
- Hands-on with CRM (Salesforce or HubSpot) and outreach tools (e.g., Lemlist, Apollo)
- Data-driven, proactive, and comfortable with automation & AI
- Fluent in German and English
Tasks
- Build and scale AI outbound engine
- Own campaigns from targeting to optimization
- Generate consistent flow of qualified leads
- Ensure clean, structured CRM data
- Create reliable workflows
- Translate sales goals into automated processes
