Requirements

- 2+ years technology sales experience
- Success identifying and closing OT projects
- Understanding of core OT concepts
- Strong communication and consultative selling

- Familiarity with network monitoring platforms
- Knowledge of OT regulatory requirements
- Experience interfacing with IT/OT stakeholders
Tasks
- Drive OT solution growth within existing accounts
- Identify and close new OT business opportunities
- Sell Industrial IoT and automation solutions
- Market network monitoring and security services
- Promote data acquisition solutions to established customers
- Analyze evolving OT needs of existing clients
- Deepen relationships with plant and facility stakeholders
- Position solutions to optimize factory floor operations
- Enable digital transformation for industrial environments
- Secure OT expansion in manufacturing and utilities
- Target expansion in transportation and critical infrastructure
- Build relationships with plant and operations leads
- Partner with industrial IT specialists
- Uncover pain points and modernization initiatives
- Articulate business value of OT-focused solutions
- Demonstrate SCADA and ICS use cases
- Exceed assigned OT expansion quotas
- Collaborate with Engineering and Pre-Sales teams
- Design tailored OT use cases
- Develop OT-centric account growth plans
- Map organizational charts and OT decision makers
- Manage pipeline and forecasts via CRM tools
- Monitor OT industry trends and competitor offerings
- Provide market feedback to guide product development
