Tasks

  • Lead operational setup and governance of agile organization
  • Collaborate with Business Lead and Technology Lead
  • Ensure operational excellence and scalability
  • Manage and develop multiple People Leads
  • Translate strategic goals into resilient operating model
  • Design and evolve organizational structures and processes
  • Ensure transparency and reliable execution across teams
  • Operationalize value-driven priorities through efficient processes
  • Identify and address structural inefficiencies
  • Drive continuous operational improvement
  • Enable scalable, future-ready operating model
  • Facilitate seamless alignment across functions
  • Support effective collaboration with Strategy Board, Consulting, Product Management, Sales, and Operations
  • Facilitate governance and decision-making
  • Lead organizational change initiatives
  • Anchor company culture and leadership mindset
  • Support teams through scaling and transformation
  • Establish leadership frameworks and role clarity
