Tasks

  • Lead operational setup and governance of agile organization
  • Collaborate with Business Lead and Technology Lead to ensure integrated unit
  • Ensure operational excellence, scalability, and people leadership
  • Design and evolve organizational and operational foundation
  • Establish agile operating model for effective coordination and transparency
  • Hold formal leadership responsibility for multiple People Leads
  • Translate strategic goals into resilient operating model
  • Support stable operations and smooth implementation of changes
  • Drive continuous improvement across AMS service lifecycle
  • Translate business strategy into stable, compliant operating model
  • Design and evolve organizational structures, roles, processes, and governance
  • Ensure transparency, consistency, and reliable execution
  • Operationalize value-driven priorities through standardized processes
  • Identify and address structural inefficiencies
  • Enable scalable, future-ready operating model with AI support
  • Ensure seamless alignment and execution across functions
  • Facilitate effective collaboration with Strategy Board, Consulting, Product Management, Sales, and Operations
  • Support governance, decision-making, and synchronization
  • Lead organizational change initiatives for AMS growth
  • Anchor SEEBURGER’s culture and leadership mindset in daily operations
  • Support teams and leaders through scaling and transformation
  • Establish leadership frameworks and role clarity
  • Ensure transparent responsibilities, interfaces, and career paths
  • Partner with HR to build and sustain unified global AMS model
