- •Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues
- •Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- •Track and surveil delivery dates and components
- •Manage order and customer data in ERP systems
- •Generate reports for data analysis
- •Identify bottlenecks and analyze order trends
- •Develop strategies to improve overall order flow
- •Participate in the creation of the backlog
