Requirements

  • •Strong data literacy and ability to translate insights into actions
  • •Fluency in German and English (written and spoken)
  • •Proactivity, structure, and ability to work independently in a fast-paced, regulated environment
  • •Drive, intelligence, and integrity

Tasks

  • •Manage relationships with key fleet partners
  • •Conduct monthly business reviews
  • •Negotiate commercial agreements
  • •Develop performance improvement plans
  • •Monitor fleet KPIs and implement optimization actions
  • •Identify growth opportunities within the fleet base
  • •Support onboarding of new high-potential partners
  • •Contribute to process improvement and efficiency projects
  • •Scale best practices across cities
  • •Serve as the main contact for strategic accounts
  • •Ensure clear communication and issue resolution
  • •Collaborate with Operations, Policy, and Legal teams
  • •Align partner performance with Bolt’s broader goals
  • •Coordinate with local authorities on licensing queries
  • •Escalate compliance risks as needed
  • •Support driver and fleet onboarding processes
  • •Maintain accurate documentation in line with local requirements
