  • Recognize ops teams for progress
  • Structure and motivate local PCI Network
  • Develop and sustain local PCI Network
  • Organize best practices sharing
  • Perform return on experience
  • Drive and support local PCI leaders
  • Develop managers and improvers
  • Increase maturity and sustainability of 'industrial mgt basics'
  • Manage KPI Tree and Performance Management
  • Implement 5S, QRQC, Prod Pace Control, MCR, Gemba OJT, MPS, Line Balancing, Poly/Poly, Standard Agenda
  • Define and manage continuous improvement plans
  • Increase SQCDP performance
  • Facilitate performance diagnosis
  • Conduct Value Stream Analysis
  • Improve OEE and SMED
  • Analyze Kaizen workforce efficiency
