- •Master’s degree in Aerospace or Mechanical Engineering, 8 years experience, or doctorate
- •Good communication skills with diverse stakeholders
- •Experience in helicopter development and maintenance
- •Experience in project management, scheduling, risk and budget management (advantageous)
- •Knowledge of customer operations, maintenance metrics, and helicopter systems
- •Fluent English and German skills (advantageous)
- •Willingness for occasional business trips

- •Manage project scheduling, risk mitigation, and budget oversight
- •Report progress to the Chief Engineer and Program Management
- •Bridge communication between the Design Office and Support & Services
- •Coordinate with external hardware and engineering suppliers
- •Manage relationships with regulatory bodies like EASA
- •Liaise with end customers and hardware vendors
- •Drive the change management process for maintenance modifications
- •Navigate the certification roadmap for technical improvements
- •Travel occasionally to the Marignane site, suppliers, or customers
