Requirements
- •More than 5 years of experience as a System Designer and Engineer
- •Bachelor's Degree in engineering, aerospace, electrical, mechanical, or similar
- •Skills and strong interest in system engineering, equipment development process, and Environmental Control Systems
- •Autonomy and agility in decision-making
- •Open-mindedness and team spirit
- •Problem-solving and accountability attitude
- •English: negotiation level; German or French would be a plus
- •Awareness of compliance risks and commitment to integrity

- •Lead the development of ECS systems
- •Provide technical support for ECS systems
- •Ensure system performance accountability
- •Coordinate all system activities
- •Identify activities and commit to deliverables
- •Communicate and subcontract activities as needed
- •Collaborate closely with industry and customer support
- •Manage supplier activities within your perimeter
- •Act as the focal point for the system with the Final Assembly Line
- •Interface with Customer Support and other Engineering departments
