- Oversee reverse transfers and sales floor recovery
- Coordinate intra-day replenishment and floor set updates
- Manage supplies and maintain strong visual standards
- Support a safe environment through stockroom standards
- Manage budgets, expenses, and vendor relationships
- Maintain technology and facility operations
- Leverage business metrics to drive strategic growth
- Assess and fulfill business needs on the retail floor
- Inspire staff through daily operational leadership
- Recruit and develop the Operations Associate team
- Evaluate staff performance and provide growth-focused feedback
- Collaborate with leads on cross-functional training
- Execute company-level operational directives and projects
Education
- High school diploma
