Requirements

• Degree in Business, Engineering, or related
• Advanced degree (MBA or Master’s) preferred
• 7-10 years experience in operations/strategy
• Experience driving strategic cross-functional projects
• Expertise in leading large-scale projects

• Strong data analysis and problem-solving

• Willingness to travel up to 25%
