Requirements

  • •Experience or strong interest in customer support, operations, or technical environments
  • •Hands-on attitude and comfort working with machinery, automation, or digital tools
  • •Strong communication and organizational skills with a customer-focused mindset

  • •Fluency in German; English proficiency is a plus

Tasks

  • •Support daily technical and operational communication with customer partners
  • •Monitor system performance and escalate technical issues as needed
  • •Assist with troubleshooting and coordinating maintenance activities on robotic units
  • •Manage backend tasks such as container handling and stock coordination
  • •Schedule maintenance activities for robotic systems
  • •Capture customer feedback and identify areas for improvement
  • •Communicate insights to internal teams
  • •Ensure hygiene, food safety, and operational standards are met
  • •Document operational processes, incidents, and service updates
