Requirements
- •Experience in operations, consulting, healthcare operations, or a scaling digital health environment
- •Strong operational skills with data, KPIs, forecasting, and tools
- •Proven ability to coordinate stakeholders with different priorities
- •Comfortable working in ambiguous, fast-changing environments
- •Fluency in German (spoken and written)
- •Clinical or healthcare background and/or exposure to weight-loss care, GLP-1 treatments, or chronic care models

- •Own clinical capacity planning
- •Forecast demand for consultations
- •Plan doctor supply for scaling
- •Track and improve performance across key KPIs
- •Monitor response times and utilization rates
- •Manage day-to-day clinical operations
- •Coordinate with internal teams and third-party providers
- •Support recruitment and onboarding of new doctors
- •Ensure operational readiness for new providers
- •Partner with Product & Tech to enhance clinical workflows
- •Improve internal tools and patient/doctor experiences
- •Document and build processes for consistency
- •Enhance efficiency and scalability of operations
- •Support clinical safety and protocol alignment
- •Contribute to operational improvement projects
