Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, Engineering, Healthcare management, Veterinary medicine or nursing, dental industry or related field
  • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification preferred
  • Experience in multisite and healthcare industry preferred
  • 2–4 years experience in operational, continuous, or lean transformation roles
  • Experience coaching in operational excellence methodologies
  • Knowledge of process mapping, standardisation, and KPI systems
  • Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Ability to work independently and influence without authority

Tasks

  • Analyze operational performance data
  • Identify trends, risks, and opportunities
  • Translate data into actionable insights
  • Support deployment of process architecture and playbook
  • Develop and maintain operational standards documentation
  • Develop and maintain training materials
  • Drive standardization, automation, and improvement initiatives
  • Monitor process adherence and performance
  • Track KPIs and perform root cause analysis
  • Drive improvement actions from insights
  • Work cross-functionally to support adoption
  • Support and embed change initiatives in clinics
  • Support testing and scaling of best practices
  • Coach teams on operational standards
  • Collaborate to drive operational improvements
  • Support digital transformation and standardization

  • 2 - 4 years

Education

  • Bachelor's degree
