Requirements

  • •At least 2 years of professional experience in a data, operations, process, or business analytics-related role
  • •Experience working with operational data, dataflows, and structured data environments in a business context
  • •Strong experience with Power BI, particularly in managing Workspaces and Dataflows
  • •Familiarity with Microsoft Dataverse or similar platforms for structured business data
  • •Advanced Excel skills, including data connections and complex functions
  • •Experience with Visio or comparable tools for process mapping and visualization
  • •Strong analytical mindset with high attention to detail and the ability to identify inconsistencies and improvement opportunities
  • •Comfort working with numbers, structured datasets, and complex operational information
  • •Ability to translate complex data and process topics into clear, structured, and user-friendly outputs
  • •Experience with Workfront (Adobe) is an advantage
  • •Team-oriented, resilient, and adaptable, with the ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
  • •Openness to change and motivation to continuously learn and improve in an evolving industry

  • •Ensure data structures are reliable and aligned with business needs
  • •Monitor and manage dataflows across systems
  • •Identify and resolve dataflow issues proactively
  • •Translate complex operational workflows into visual representations
  • •Challenge and improve existing process visualizations and tools
  • •Identify opportunities for process simplification and optimization
  • •Collaborate with stakeholders to understand functional needs
  • •Ensure data and process solutions are user-friendly and scalable
  • •Support the development of internal standards for data handling
  • •Document process improvements continuously
  • •Integrate data and process insights into operational planning
  • •Stay updated on new tools and technologies
