- Knowledge in compliance and security (ISO 27001, access control, data protection)
- Experience with on-call and standby services
- Completed IT training or comparable professional experience
- Experience with infrastructure and hardware in data centers
- Willingness to work shifts and on-call services
- Fluent in German and good command of English
- Driver's license class B required
Tasks
- Provide hands-on support for servers, storage, and network components
- Monitor and perform basic physical checks on temperature, power supply, and cabling
- Conduct general maintenance, cleaning, and upkeep as per customer instructions
- Assist with hardware rollouts and installations during site expansions
- Execute IMAC processes for infrastructure hardware
- Document changes in spare parts, asset, and ticket systems
- Adhere to safety and access policies in the data center
- Ensure compliance with established quality standards
