  • Coordinate with building maintenance and handyman services
  • Order and manage office supplies and consumables
  • Check functionality of kitchen appliances and order replenishments
  • Prepare and tidy up meeting rooms, including catering arrangements
  • Handle billing and monitor office management expenses
