- •Coordinate with building maintenance and handyman services
- •Order and manage office supplies and consumables
- •Check functionality of kitchen appliances and order replenishments
- •Prepare and tidy up meeting rooms, including catering arrangements
- •Handle billing and monitor office management expenses
