Tasks
- Maintain impeccable cleanliness in the community space
- Clean kitchen, surfaces, appliances, and communal areas daily
- Ensure dishes are done, coffee machine serviced, and dishwashers running
- Keep the space looking and feeling exceptional every day
- Welcome guests and team members with genuine hospitality
- Prepare coffee, drinks, and snacks before they are needed
- Ensure every visitor leaves with a warm impression
- Anticipate and meet needs without waiting to be asked
- Manage supplies and inventory proactively
- Stock coffee, drinks, snacks, and cleaning products
- Track inventory and place orders before items run out
- Prevent shortages from catching anyone off guard
- Flag and resolve issues immediately
- Identify and escalate equipment faults, empty stock, and broken appliances
- Ensure no one else notices a problem before you
- Bring life and character to the space
- Add seasonal touches and thoughtful arrangements
- Create a welcoming setup for visitors
