Requirements
- •University degree in humanities, business management, or related field
- •At least 3-5 years of relevant professional experience in office administration or similar environment
- •Very good German and English language skills (at least C1, both written and spoken)
- •Strong process-oriented mindset with experience in workflow optimization and documentation
- •Excellent organizational, prioritization, and decision-making skills
- •Service-oriented mindset with an approachable, friendly, and diplomatic manner
- •High level of independence, reliability, and attention to detail
- •Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including intercultural competence, presentation, and stakeholder management
- •Very good MS Office and general IT user skills

Tasks
- •Coordinate and administer office management processes across six sister companies
- •Optimize and standardize internal office workflows
- •Improve documentation, including handbooks, guidelines, and checklists
- •Serve as a key interface between People & Culture, Management, IT, Accounting, and external service providers
- •Manage administrative onboarding processes for new employees
- •Conduct onboarding sessions related to Office Administration and Health & Safety
- •Oversee contract registries, vendors, and suppliers
- •Support planning and coordination of internal events, workshops, and company meetings
- •Promote administrative processes and internal standards
- •Contribute to cross-functional projects and initiatives within ISCC
- •Guide and support interns or working students
