- Implement and operate managed networking services for LAN and WLAN
- Monitor network performance and manage incidents and changes
- Analyze and resolve L3 network issues related to routing, switching, and wireless
- Collaborate with service management and clients to ensure SLAs are met
- Document network designs, WLAN heatmaps, and handover processes
- Assist with migrations and rollouts for WLAN and managed services projects
- Ensure compliance with security policies such as 802.1X and WPA3
