- Analyze and resolve L3 network issues related to routing and switching
- Collaborate with service management and customers to ensure SLAs
- Document network designs, WLAN heatmaps, and handover processes
- Support migrations and rollouts for WLAN and managed services projects
- Ensure compliance with security policies like 802.1X and WPA3
