In this role, you will enhance communication and collaboration with multinational allies and partners, ensuring that decision-making is backed by comprehensive knowledge. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve developing strategies, validating data, and fostering best practices in information sharing.

Requirements

• •Active TOP SECRET Clearance with eligibility for SCI
• •Masters’ Degree in a related field and 3 years of specialized experience, or Bachelor's degree in a related field and 6 years of specialized experience, or 10 years of specialized experience
• •6 years of experience with Knowledge Management in large organizations
• •Prior experience working in Africa or at AFRICOM or at one of its Service Components
• •Prior assignment on a joint or service staff
• •Prior experience working directly with foreign partners
• •Experience with joint strategic planning and the joint operational planning process
• •Experience working with USG interagency departments and agencies
• •Experience working with high level engagements, conferences, security regulations

• •Execute activities to enhance information sharing
• •Support decision making with enterprise-wide knowledge
• •Capture and sustain collaborative environments with Allies and Partners
• •Develop knowledge management strategies and methodologies
• •Generate scalable collaborative solutions for security cooperation initiatives
• •Validate and verify data quality of ally Operations, Activities, and Investments
• •Develop and integrate Operations, Activities, and Investments using command tools
• •Build relationships to promote data collection and sharing best practices
• •Understand core command processes and strategic objectives
