Requirements
- •Active TOP SECRET Clearance with eligibility for SCI
- •Masters’ Degree in a related field and 3 years of specialized experience, or Bachelor's degree in a related field and 6 years of specialized experience, or 10 years of specialized experience
- •6 years of experience with Knowledge Management in large organizations
- •Prior experience working in Africa or at AFRICOM or at one of its Service Components
- •Prior assignment on a joint or service staff
- •Prior experience working directly with foreign partners
- •Experience with joint strategic planning and the joint operational planning process
- •Experience working with USG interagency departments and agencies
- •Experience working with high level engagements, conferences, security regulations

- •Validate and verify data quality of ally Operations, Activities, and Investments
- •Develop and integrate Operations, Activities, and Investments using command tools
- •Build relationships to promote data collection and sharing best practices
- •Understand core command processes and strategic objectives
