- Knowledge of user interview psychology
- Technical expertise and design thinking
- Active SECRET clearance
- Ability to obtain TESA visa
- Experience with Microsoft Power Apps
- Business process analysis and engineering
- SharePoint administration experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
- Military HQ or joint command experience
- Strong communication and briefing skills
- Expertise in qualitative research methods
- DoD 8570.1 IAT Level II certification
- PMP, Lean Six Sigma, or business analysis certifications
- Experience with Agile development environments
- Knowledge of Joint Operational Planning
- Familiarity with user research best practices
Tasks
- Collaborate with staff to capture requirements
- Translate operational needs into technical solutions
- Map processes and analyze operational inefficiencies
- Recommend improvements using Lean and Agile methodologies
- Standardize knowledge management best practices
- Develop and deliver training and user guides
- Advise senior leaders on knowledge sharing
- Design and implement digital workflows
- Develop and manage SharePoint Online sites
- Act as a Site Collection Administrator
- Build Power Platform applications and automated workflows
- Create Power BI dashboards for data-driven decisions
- Integrate solutions with enterprise IT services
- Ensure compliance with DoD cybersecurity standards
- Maintain system documentation and lifecycle plans
