  • Develop and deliver training and user guides
  • Advise senior leaders on knowledge sharing
  • Design and implement digital workflows
  • Develop and manage SharePoint Online sites
  • Act as a Site Collection Administrator
  • Build Power Platform applications and automated workflows
  • Create Power BI dashboards for data-driven decisions
  • Integrate solutions with enterprise IT services
  • Ensure compliance with DoD cybersecurity standards
  • Maintain system documentation and lifecycle plans
