Tasks
- Collaborate with Data Science and AI Engineering teams
- Ensure seamless deployment of new functionalities for the GenAI platform
- Implement and manage MLOps practices
- Support continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) for AI models
- Monitor model performance and versioning
- Manage and optimize the GenAI platform's infrastructure
- Work across on-premise, cloud, and containerized environments
- Develop and maintain operational scripts for deployments and health checks
- Provide operational support for the GenAI platform
- Monitor and troubleshoot incidents
- Track systems performance against service-level agreements (SLAs)
- Provide ad-hoc support for critical platform issues
- Document operational procedures and troubleshooting guides
- Contribute to the platform's stability, performance, and scalability
- Ensure compliance with security and data governance policies
- Support best practices for reducing environmental footprint
