As a field-based expert, you will bridge the gap between clinical science and practice by managing KOL relationships and driving medical strategy to support the metabolic portfolio.

Requirements

• •Relevant life-science degree (Master or Diploma)
• •Experience as MSL or scientific sales
• •Ability to present complex scientific data
• •Excellent oral and written communication skills
• •Fluency in German and English
• •Excellent organizational skills and independence
• •Willingness to travel and work home-based
• •Strong personal initiative and teamwork skills
• •Advantageous experience in rare disease environments
• •Established networks with TA-focused experts
• •Experience in new product launches
• •Exposure to complex matrix organizations

Tasks

• •Maintain deep expertise in metabolic and bone diseases
• •Implement local pharmaceutical regulations and company policies
• •Exchange scientific data with internal and external partners
• •Respond to regional medical information inquiries
• •Identify and align with Key Opinion Leaders
• •Deliver medical education presentations and gather feedback
• •Assess new indications and patient diagnostic pathways
• •Identify investigators for clinical research and registries
• •Develop and implement local Medical Affairs strategies
• •Provide scientific information to healthcare decision makers
• •Lead medical training programs for commercial teams
• •Manage compassionate use product supply requests
• •Collaborate with sales, marketing, and access teams
• •Implement high-impact medical research projects
• •Support local publication plans and data dissemination
• •Attend congresses to gather intelligence and build relationships
