Requirements
- •Biomedical or Scientific University education (MD, PhD)
- •Medical/paramedical Practice or Research career
- •Proven experience in leading, coaching, and managing a team of MSLs/Scientific professionals
- •Proven experience as an MSL professional
- •Ability to develop and maintain scientific relationships with top experts
- •Working knowledge of International and National Codes of Practices for MSLs
- •Fluency in German and English

Tasks
- •Lead and develop the field-based MSL team
- •Provide strategic and tactical leadership within the medical team
- •Guide the MSL team in identifying local opportunities
- •Foster the development of capabilities and competencies in the MSL team
- •Drive the implementation of regional medical education programs
- •Act as the patient champion for the therapeutic area
- •Facilitate knowledge transfer between patient advocates and MSLs
- •Lead scientific exchange and education about therapies with KOLs
- •Ensure the MSL team reports relevant strategic insights
- •Identify and meet the scientific and technical needs of various departments
- •Facilitate educational and research activities for stakeholders
- •Ensure compliance with Ipsen SOPs, Policies, and national guidelines
