Requirements

  • •Advanced degree in life sciences, medicine, MD, PhD, or PharmD
  • •Experience in Medical Affairs, launch activities, or cross-functional leadership
  • •Experience as MSL or MSL lead
  • •Ability to lead strategic initiatives
  • •Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • •Fluency in English and German

Tasks

  • •Advocate for the patient journey and leverage points
  • •Anticipate scientific information needs for HCPs and payers
  • •Lead scientific events, advisory boards, and symposia
  • •Maintain relationships with international external experts and societies
  • •Coordinate medical activities for new products and pipeline assets
  • •Provide scientific training for sales representatives and MSLs
  • •Support real-world evidence and clinical development planning
  • •Align the medical team around strategic project delivery
  • •Collaborate cross-functionally to integrate medical and business plans
