Requirements

• •Advanced degree in Life Sciences, Medicine, or closely related field
• •Experience in strategic partnerships, medical affairs, or healthcare collaborations
• •Years of experience in strategic Medical Affairs roles
• •Effective work within matrix organisations and cross-functional teams
• •Experience in stakeholder engagement and alliance management
• •Strong communication skills in German and English
• •Experience in specialty care or complex chronic diseases
• •Familiarity with healthcare compliance frameworks and governance
• •Strong leadership and project management skills
• •Comfort with digital engagement tools and medical communication channels
• •Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills

Tasks

• •Lead environmental assessments of German medical trends
• •Identify high-impact partnerships with medical societies
