Requirements
- •Advanced degree: MD, PharmD, or PhD in oncology, nuclear medicine, or related scientific discipline
- •10+ years of progressive leadership experience in Medical Affairs, preferably in oncology or specialty therapeutics
- •Proven track record of cross-functional collaboration in matrixed environments
- •Experience in shaping early development strategy, including Patient Advocacy interactions and Market access planning
- •Strong scientific communication and external engagement capabilities
- •Deep understanding of GCP, ICH, and medical compliance standards
- •Excellent English skills both written and spoken
- •Ability to submit CV in German and English in docx or pdf format

- •Lead the global medical affairs strategy for early-stage pipeline assets
- •Manage the Medical Affairs Early Pipeline Strategy team
- •Create and execute the EPS Global Medical Affairs Plan
- •Collaborate with Drug Discovery, Clinical Development, Clinical Operations, Marketing, and Portfolio Management to develop medical strategy for early preclinical programs
- •Engage with KMEs and scientific advisory boards
- •Align early medical programs with broader asset strategies in partnership with the VP of Global Medical Affairs and the VP of Clinical Development
- •Define target product profiles (TPPs), development priorities, and clinical differentiation with cross-functional teams under the guidance of the CMO
- •Provide medical input for early clinical study designs based on program needs
- •Offer market access insights and planning
- •Drive early external engagement with scientific experts, research networks, and patient advocacy groups
- •Oversee the medical publication strategy, including planning, abstract submissions, and congress presence for early pipeline products
- •Support internal asset prioritization and in-licensing evaluations with medical insights
- •Ensure scientific and ethical integrity in all early-phase activities, adhering to GCP and global compliance standards
